The Main House
"Marsha, this was a beautiful day! The atmosphere was very
relaxing. I have learned some very helpful tips that I am
anxious to share with my team."

"Marsha, this has been a great day, and I will make sure I use
what I learned today to keep the flame burning. You have been a
great spark. Thank you! This is as co-operative as out team has
ever been and has been an inspiring day."
Working together...
"Today.
Today I learned to appreciate the people who I work with. I
learned that we are all in the same boat and that we all have
the same concerns and the same goals. To work and learn and
communicate as a team is extremely important. A lot of pertinent
issues were addressed. It was the perfect atmosphere in which
to be open, friendly, and honest in a comfortable environment.
I also learned something new about everyone on the team."

"I believe today opened many eyes. I think you did a
fantastic job! I stand from an outside position to which I
see many things to be improved on. I have always worked
well with all management. I feel I can benefit from this
because having them be more appreciative to the hard work we
do every day."
"Marsha—I enjoyed your energy and enthusiasm. You gave me a
different way to think about things and the tools to act on my
“new thinking.” I hope we have a future seminar with you and
our team."

“Feelings” do matter… everyone has them and we can all do a
better job about relating to each other. I can’t wait to apply
what we learned “away” from work, at work.
