COACHING GROUPS

We are now offering telephone
coaching groups as one of our services.
We are
responding to the great need for different price options for
coaching. With group coaching, participants get twice the time
for less than half the price of individual coaching. In addition to a very reasonable fee there
is a lot of wisdom shared by the members of the group, in a
small community of like minded individuals...
We have two coaching
groups for you to consider:

What are coaching groups?
Coaching groups are interactive telephone meetings where
participants learn from each other and benefit from and expertly
facilitated discussion led by an ICF certified professional coach.
You'll gain tremendous insights, which can improve your business
and personal lives. You will be challenged to take larger steps.
Over time, your coaching group will grow in supporting you.
Group coaching is not only highly effective, it is also an
efficient use of time, and is less expensive than individual
coaching. You call from the convenience of your home
or office or any location. There is no need to drive anywhere.
As the facilitator and coach, I guide the group to ensure
lasting results and value for all participants. Groups are
limited for maximum impact and will be two one-hour sessions

How our Group Coaching Sessions work:

Monthly subscription of $250.00
includes 2 one hour group tele-coaching meetings and unlimited
brief emails
-
Tele-coaching sessions will be
held usually on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month.

The subject of the session will
be announced in advance.

Participants will be challenged
to embrace " field work" at each session -- which we can discuss briefly at our
follow up coaching session.

We'll celebrate each others'
"wins!"

Participation requires payment
by credit card in advance.

Upon initial
registration, the participant will receive questionnaires to
complete to enable proper focus and maximum return for the
participant.
How many will be in a
group?
The groups will build
gradually. As moderator, I will screen new applicants to
assure value to the others in the group. We anticipate a maximum
of 8-10 in a group, and we have had some groups as small as two.
What about someone else
from the same company joining my group?
The first group member
from a company will have the option of accepting or rejecting
others from the company.
How long should I expect
to be a member of the coaching group?
Because coaching is a
process, and not a quick fix, we strongly recommend a minimum
commitment of 6 months. You might find that your relationships
with the others in the group will also enhance your progress, as
the members of the group share their goals and wins. |
